Every morning, life presents us with a blank canvas.

Through our thoughts, words, habits and actions, we choose whether to add salt to life-or gradually remove its flavour.

THE SALT SIDE – ADDITION

To salt the world is to:

  • Preserve what is good
  • Restore hope
  • Create value
  • Strengthen human potential
  • Leave every space better than we found it

Lₙ⁺ = L₀(1 + s)ⁿ

Salting habits create regenerative compounding-returning to us as character, meaning, wisdom, relationships and abundance.

THE DESALT SIDE –  SUBTRACTION

To desalt the world is to:

− Extract value
− Discourage potential
− Diminish others
− Remove meaning
− Leave people and environments depleted

Lₙ⁻ = L₀(1 − d)ⁿ

Desalting habits create extractive compounding-gradually removing peace, meaning, relationships and possibility from our own lives.

THE MASTER EQUATION

Lₙ = L₀(1 + s − d)ⁿ

Neither direction is created in one dramatic moment.

Both are formed through the small, atomic habits we practise every day-and both compound.

Every thought is a grain.
Every word is a grain.
Every habit is a grain.
Every action is a grain.

Whatever we repeatedly add to-or remove from-the world eventually compounds within our own lives.

THE KINGDOM AGENDA

The Kingdom Agenda calls us to preserve, restore, create and steward – not to extract human value.
